Every order gets tracking. Within 24 hours of your chair leaving the warehouse, we email the tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Chairs ship by freight carrier, so the carrier will also call you to schedule a delivery window before they arrive.

Chairs typically ship within 1-3 business days of your order and deliver within 7-14 business days. If it has been more than 6 business days since you ordered and no tracking email has arrived, check your spam folder first, then reach us and we will chase it down the same day.
